When was the last time you traveled 140.6 miles under your own power in one day? Never? Met too! But Jeff did it! He completed the Arizona Ironman Triathlon by running an official marathon distance of 26.2 miles after swimming 2.4 miles and biking 112 miles. He did all of this in under 15 1/2 hours. He is not one to brag about his acheivement so I'll do it for him. Congratulations Jeff!
