Alex was selected as the outstanding student athlete from his football team as part of the Pursuing Victory with Honor program. The coaches selected Alex based on his achievements in sports, scholastics, student activities and community service. It was a nice birthday surprise for Pam and I as we were watching the game on TV at home since she was recovering from surgery.
Alex, we are very proud of you and know you will go on and do great things.
P.S. Alex also delivered on Pam's birthday wish for a sack against Mingus
