Cute anecdote from mom:
Melanie was here on Saturday and gave me a lesson in manners that should be passed on to the other grandchildren. She kept passing gas which was pretty odorific. I asked her if she need to go to the bathroom. She kept saying no. She then again passed gas and said "Excuse me! You must always say excuse me if you toot, fart or burp." That was my lesson on ettiquet on such matters. By the way, I did insist a trip to the bathroom and that seemed to cure the eruptions.
