Dinosaur Artist Honorees

Spencer and Daniel have been honored for their artistic endeavors. The Sam Noble Museum of Natural History in Norman, Oklahoma sponsored an international dinosaur art contest. Both Spencer and Daniel's pictures were selected out of 2,400 entries from across the world--including Korea, India, Japan, China, France, Poland, Cuba, and of course the United States. Only 300 exhibits were chosen for display. Their artwork has been framed and is now on display at the museum. Spencer,11, and Daniel, 7, have been invited to a reception on May 19, at the museum. They will be able to view all the artwork and then be able to take their framed artwork home. If you want to view some dinosaur art, you can visit www.snomnh.ou.edu and click on "Winners announced". I didn't see their particular pictures on there, but you can get an idea of their competition. Congratulations to Spencer and Daniel!

That is such an accomplishment! To have two entries from the same family accepted among applicants from all over the world is a little mind-boggling! Congrats, guys. I hope you continue developing your talents and I hope we can see your pictures soon.
